We're a small, solutions-focused team building the platform housing programs use to move families and individuals out of shelters and into stable homes. Your work ships, customers feel it, and there's a real growth path with mentorship along the way.
No housing experience required — we'll teach you the domain. If you care about the details and the mission, we'd love to meet you.
Four principles that show up in every product decision.
Housing systems have evolved real operational logic over decades. We model the actual program — multi-funder, multi-agency, compliance-driven — instead of a generic CRM that staff bend around it.
Audit trails, privacy boundaries, and access controls are baked into the data model — not configuration choices that depend on staff vigilance to stay correct over time.
Practitioners shape the product. Every workflow is informed by someone who has actually administered the program — and is informed by what staff need to focus on instead.
Rent calculations, qualifying expenses by funding source, scheduled actions months out, which expense type maps to which project — the platform encodes the rules so program staff don't have to keep them all in their heads.
