Padmission started in 2019, founded by people who administer housing assistance every day. The programs that move families out of shelters and into permanent homes are enormously complex behind the scenes — eligibility, landlord engagement, leasing, payments, inspections, and HUD compliance — and far too much of that work still ran on spreadsheets and paper.
Our founders believed communities working to end homelessness deserve the same quality of software as any enterprise. So we built it: a platform that encodes how housing programs actually work, instead of a generic tool that staff bend around. Compliance, audit trails, and privacy boundaries are structural — not configuration choices left to staff vigilance.
