Connect Customer Success Manager

Siara Cox

Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Siara Cox is the Connect Customer Success Manager at Padmission, where she supports the communities using Padmission Connect and guides new customers through onboarding and implementation. She joins Padmission as a public health and operations professional with more than eight years of experience coordinating homelessness response, child welfare, and government programs.

Before Padmission, Siara served as a Continuum of Care (CoC) Project Manager at the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP) in Indianapolis, where she guided a governance board of 16 to 22 stakeholders — funders, service providers, city leadership, and people with lived experience of homelessness — through funding prioritization and allocation decisions. She led annual grant planning and HUD compliance activities, directed a community-wide effort to build a more representative governance structure, and planned multi-day trainings for more than 90 partners across the CoC.

Earlier in her career, Siara supervised a team of Family Case Managers at the Indiana Department of Child Services, using performance data, coaching, and workflow redesign to keep investigations on time and in compliance with state and federal requirements. That work, like her work at CHIP, centered on the problem she now helps Connect customers solve: getting the people who depend on complex, highly regulated systems the information and support they need, faster.

Siara holds a Master of Public Health from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in health science from Ball State University, and is Certified in Public Health (CPH). Having worked inside a Continuum of Care, she understands firsthand what communities face when coordinating housing resources, engaging landlords, and meeting funder requirements — and she is glad to be on a team using technology to help those communities house people faster.
