Daniel comes to Padmission after serving for 4 years as Director of Landlord Relations at HOM, Inc. where he spearheaded Threshold, Arizona’s centralized landlord engagement service. In this role, he oversaw the creation and implementation of Threshold’s landlord recruitment and support services, along with the state-wide centralization of Padmission Connect across three CoCs.
Before HOM, Daniel served as Director of Housing at UMOM New Day Centers, leading Maricopa County’s largest family RRH, PSH, and SSVF programs. Prior to UMOM, Daniel worked on the front lines of homeless services in Phoenix serving in workforce development, emergency shelter services, and domestic violence services.
As Director of Product and Customer Experience for Padmission Connect, Daniel focuses on supporting Connect customers and onboarding new communities. His focus and passion is finding ways to help communities end homelessness and provide compassionate, hopeful services.
Though education and life have taken him to Boston, New York, Iowa, and California, Daniel lives in his native Phoenix, AZ with his wife and 3 children.
