Patrick Stephan began building websites in high school and has spent over a decade designing and engineering software across the automotive, event, manufacturing, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors. He enjoys building software that is practical, easy to use, and genuinely helpful, with a strong focus on good user experience and real-world value. He is excited to bring his experience to Padmission and contribute to work that helps support the mission of bringing an end to homelessness. Outside of work, Patrick is a husband and father of four. He enjoys spending time with his family, serving alongside them at church, and photography as a creative outlet. He also enjoys brewing espresso at home, a small daily ritual that starts his day.
